Also remember , that the dsg needs a constant 12v can’t remember the pin now so that the gearbox to have to relearn the value’s. That is why you are getting a deffrent feeling after every egn turn
I’m 99% sure this is how it’s wired but I will check thank you
Will do this over the weekend. Thank you
Were you able to check this?
Have wired in the usb to can just ran
Out of time to log it will have in the next couple
Days hopefully
attached is 2 trace files
1 good cycle
1 bad
renames to .txt to upload
good cycle.trace.txt (6.1 MB)
bad key cycle.trace.txt (3.7 MB)
thanks
Ben
Starting to wonder if this may be a Dbw issue, anyone able to take a look at the logs and see if there is anything weird. Have had 3 separate throttle bodies on there all that have calibrated ok but just a thought if maybe there is an issue with the ecu or something?
will be trying a different cut today to eliminate that also
Thanks
Ben
Do you have a spare EMU to test ?
Yes will be trying a spare ecu tonight
Confirmed ecu is not the issue does exactly the same thing
DBW works ok in both logs. Did you try to make autoadaptaion of DSG ? Also how is your DSG wired in ?
Dsg adaptions go through fine
emu is wired on same canbus as the dsg
Standalone fusebox with correct power feed (ignition live and perm live)
Please make one test. If the car drives not good, just remove the 12V after ignition (maybe you have fuse) from the DSG but not from ECU (let the ECU works). Then apply power again to DSG and check if it works properly.
Is this like a DSG reset? Or wat effect will this have on the DSG TCU?
Will try this. And come back to you thanks
Problem is normally it will make the car stall so it’s hard to test this maybe
Please disable also all emulations for DSG.
