# EMU Black Idle Up with AC On

I am looking for a way to use an input from an electric AC compressor to trigger an idle up situation. The AC compressor has an output voltage wire that I would like to bring in to one of the inputs on EMU Black to establish the logic that the AC is on. I can’t find a good way to do this and/or the software setting that would allow this. I have found the setting for Idle Up for AC on (RPM Change), but I can’t find where the input is coming from that EMU will know the AC is on.

Any help would be appreciated.

or use Cam2 if not used. or even use resistor divider for get AC signal on switch input of ecu.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Facepalm that I didn’t find this myself, but this is very helpful. I just couldn’t find the input details. Thanks!

Or use ground that is driving the compressor relay and split it to Black switch input.
