# Export from project tree

Hi,
is it on the updates list to make it possible to export or save items from the project tree to be able to import or open then in another project? In the same way it is possible with tables.
This would be a handy and time saving function I believe.

Hi,
Yes, we even talked about this recently.
We want to make a feature to import/export a user-selected set of parameters between projects.
There is no timeline yet.

100% Useful thing that saves a lot of time, i wrote about that earlier too.
Many stand alone ecus have that feature, just hit a right mouse button on drop down menu (or import button under the table) and import table from project no need to save specific file, function uses project file. And that way easily import individual tables like VE, Lambda maps and other settings you need.
