Fuel consumption value is not affected by (some?) cylinder cut

I noticed that fuel consumption does not reflect when cylinder cut is happening. Of course there are multiple types of cut (fuel, ignition, or both), and the bug in my case might be that the cut isn’t reflected as a fuel cut. Here’s a snapshot:

  1. Cylinder cut is around 10%
  2. Engine Cylinder Cut Candidate says “Max speed limiter”
  3. Vehicle speed limiter is configured for ignition and fuel cut
  4. Trigger/Diagnostics/Executed Fuel Cut is firing
  5. Fuel/Cut source is 0… it doesn’t have an entry for “max speed limiter” (perhaps this is the real issue?)
  6. Fuel/Consumption/Volumetric Flow doesn’t seem to rise by ~10% when the cut finishes (it is generally rising, but I believe that’s because RPM is rising). It’s in the 20.0-20.5mL/s range during the 10% cut and 20.5-21.0mL/s in the half second after the cut.

I guess I can always add my own variable (have I mentioned how much I love the Project Tree capabilities?).

Mod Fuel Consumption = Fuel Consumption * (100 - Cylinder Cut) / 100

(NOTE TO ANYONE ELSE: This only works because all of my cuts are at least fuel cuts; if you have some cuts that are only ignition you’d need something more advanced)

It might be that Fuel/Consumption/Total Volume does reflect fuel cut, but it’s hard to see because of the resolution and the sampling rate. It takes 0.7s to go from 250.13 to 250.15L during the cut but only 0.5s to go from 250.15 to 250.17L after.
