# GPS to CAN v1 issue

I bought last year the v1 version, weeks before v2 came out…
Since early summer, the v1 module is unusable. Got a new antenna, but it keeps disconnecting, when the bike is moving.
I have imu disabled, only 10hz GPS, bu still.
Kinda works standing still, but it keeps disconnecting at speed.
Today I noticed, something is rattling inside, when I move it. Is that expected?
Is this warranty covered or im out of luck?

Nothing should be rattling or moving inside.
Is it possible that the module or the bike was dropped?
Anyway, send it for repairs. We will assess what happened and will either fix it under warranty or with a small fee if it’s not something catastrophic.
