# I have a question about the wiring of "EmuBlack" and "2JZ NON VVTI PNP" in WBO LSU 4.9

I am a beginner and am having trouble with the wiring.

Does the “4” in LSU 4.9 connect to the battery via a 3A fuse?  
Or do I connect it to the same place as the “Ignition +12V” on the EmuBlack?

Can this be done with cigarette power?  
Or do I need battery power from the ECU-IG fuse through a relay or something?
