Also try to set your cranking fuel table to 0. What fuel do you use ? Gasoline or ethanol blend ? ---

Hi everyone, I’m trying with 3.041 and I have a problem…I don’t understand if the problem is turbo pressure or the DSG gearbox can’t use 630+Nm……0,2 bar (120kpa) and over 630Nm A3 3.2 turbo whit Dsg,reinforced friction but whit v2 software i see 830+Nm whit 1/1,2 bar turbo pressure Tomorrow I’ll make a log file, maybe it can help to understand ---

DQ250 gearbox is limited internally by the gearbox to 630Nm. ---

I need to see exaclty what is happening with the injection during the startup. So I need a scope from the engine cranking start ---

noticed something strange today. Still using 3.041 firmware. Under Frequency-Output. The frequency output is working when I’m using CLT or IAT for example. But it does not work, when I select MAP as axis. I see that it recognizes the MAP axis (So the cursor in the frequency table moves). But it does not output the corresponding calibrated frequency. Also made a test, where I’ve put 100 Hz over complete x-axis. But still no output. Changing to IAT for example and it instantly works. Another question regarding future v3 features. Will it be possible to wire 4 injectors to four outputs as “secondary injectors” in future? Currently I can only use bank 1 and bank 2. So with four secondary injectors, I have to wire two injectors on one output. Also squirting twice per cycle. So 2x dead time during a cycle instead one. So bit higher current draw and possibly less accuracy of fuel consumption. As example: With my setup I’ll have 20% of one cyle only for deadtime with two squirts at 15000rpm. ---

I cannot replicate it on 3.043 nor 3.041, everything works as expected. Maybe it is somehow connected to your project. If you publish it I will test. Unfortunately there are some limitations to make fully sequentional secondary injectors. ---

I tried to upload the project. But I get the error message “Sorry, new users can not upload attachments.” However when I’ve been observing this yesterday, I just started with an empty default project and just been testing inputs and outputs (on the work bench). So I guess if you create a new empty project and only select AUX4 aus Frequency Output and MAP as x-axis and then enter 100 Hz over complete kPa axis it will be same like my project. Makes life easy 😃 Regarding my other question. Okay then to fully sequential secondary injectors in future. Did it get it right, that when I 1. Set number of secondary injectors to 4 2. Wire two staged injectors to bank 1 and two staged to bank 2 output. That I have to double the real injector size and enter that value into “injector size per output”.
