# No fuel when cranking, fuel injectors work when testing

Yamaha fz6 600cc engine started on speeduino with same settings and maps but wont start on ecumaster classic.  
When cranking I have sync and on scope i have 7teeth 1 missing clear. Also when cranking I have spark, but I don’t have fuel spraying.  
Fuel pump is priming 2s, on output test I have the injectors working and spraying fuel, also when i use prime pulse i have 1 spray of fuel before sync, but when ecu goes into sync it wont spray fuel from injectors.  
Also when cranking fuel parameters are changing like pw, fuel cut stays 0, injector dc% 1, and fp starts working.  
Any idea why this would be happening?

I know on cars the brake switch needs to be applied for injector to fire on startup. Do you have that wired to a switch or input?

Not really because there is nothing about this in the user manual, i will try tho. Thanks for the info.

Will post in a couple of days, out of home now…  
In injector phasing I have start of ignition event, than for injection phase 1 I have ignition event 1 for injection phase 2 i have ignition event 2. I have selected squirt twice since 1/4 2/3 are paired.
