Hello @Jadzwin_ECUMASTER, would it be possible to implement the can stream for using an electrical wastegate in combination with the Turbosmart Blackbox? Because CAN-inputs are used to be translated to a 0-5V Signal in Logs. And i want to see the values from the controller in emu logs.
ts-0305-1001_datasheet.pdf (567.7 KB)
Or is it possible to change this so that we can use the CAN Raw Value?
Is it possible to add shirt trim max positive and max negative correction 3d tables like in maxxecu?
Is CPU load 89% percent too much for the EMU Black running this version? I have the feeling it is too much near the limit? @Jadzwin_ECUMASTER
WHAAAAT I swear I looked for it a few months ago and couldn’t find it. Thank you!
It is perfectly ok. The main loop takes 2ms (500Hz). The 89% means that the whole code execution takes 1.78ms and the rest of the time is waiting. Even if your cpu load will be 110% it is still ok. It just means the main loop calculations are perform every 2.2ms not every 2.0ms. All critical events like injection / ignition are asynchronous and have the highest priority, so they are independed of cpu load (however their execution time is included in cpu load).
This channal is more for developers to make optimised code ![]()
What is your case of using this moduel ?
As i can see it can work as standalone and receive a target position from ECU.
I want to use it for controlling an e-wastegate. And for error conditions or failsafe function i want to know temperature, current etc. also for seeing pid parameters in log without the need to check the values with their config tool.
I have a good news for you. The ebcrypted package function is under tests. The new verison will be released at beginibg of next week.
So you will be able to send encrypted package with the password. And it can be universql package or the package for specific ecu (based on S/N).
Also it is possible to load such package to EMU without the password. After loading package it will lock the emu.
Can you provide more details ?
What is the problem exactly M
Excellent ! Its nice to hear it ! ![]()
When i connect to V2 or V3 emu black software the ecu is “connected” and i can update it to the 3.063 which is the latest FW of the previous app (Before ECUMaster V3 Studio).
When i open the ECUMaster V3 Studio the ECU is not connecting, the software does not recognize it.
Open V3 studio, press SHIFT+F9. The console should appear. Power up the EMU and send me the content of the console window (copy the text file)
This is the content

Thanks,

All clear. You have older version of Black for greek market. It will be fixed in next build.
Iam really looking for that feature.
Was my undersanding correct that you woupd like to also implement partially encrypted projects? If yes, do you still ave it on your to-do list?
How thos functionallity should look like?
Similar like the project-tree where you selecting variables and maps for exporting calibratio. So you would be able to “open” selected values for the customer?
