Lamda to can device doesnt heat the sensor

Hello, i am using the lamda to can device connected in Maxx ecu mini.Everything worked perfect for 2 years but now i have to drive for 10-15 minutes to start working and show afr values. I have changed the bosch 4.9 with a new one but the problem exists. I check all the pins and i saw that it doesn have any volt in heater pin, i think the problem is in the lamda to can device for some reason doesnt send any volt to the heater of the sensor and the sensor heat up from the gas temperature after 10 minutes.Any thoughts; thank you

Hook up to the lambda to can with Light Client and see what is happening.

I bought the ecumaster usb to can original device and tried to connect it to the controller we with no success. 12v and ground straight to the controller, can high to can high and can low to can low. The resistor button activated but still nothing. So i tried to give 13 volt to pin 1 of lamda to can and ground to pin 6 and i realized that i had 11.2 volt without the sensor and when i wired up the sensor on those pins i had zero volt. I am sure that for some reason the controller goes into a safe mode and stops the heater… i gave 13v straight to the sensor and the sensor warmed up immediately.

Sorry, but I got lost in your explanation.

Let’s start with this:

Pin 1 is ground.
Pin 6 is the power supply.

Did you make a mistake while writing the post?
Because if not, you are connecting the controller incorrectly.

Yes,i apologize its a typing mistake. pin 1 ground and pin 6 12volt, i am follow this one!

Can you connect to the controller with the sensor unplugged?

Sorry i didn’t try this but here you can see what happened when i wire up the sensor.

from 11,2 volt goes to zero
