Is there any way to add levels of security? We have some very unique rear steering logic that we would like to protect. Is there any plan for various levels of security, maybe something where selected pieces can be locked out?
Unfortunately, there is no such feature in ADU yet.
We want to add such a functionality to both ADU and EMU PRO.
Tell us more what you exactly need. Do you want to partially lock a part of Project Tree (e,g, some defined groups in Project Tree)? Or do you also want to hide some part of the standard configuration?
I think locking out groups in the project tree would take care of it. This really isnt device specific, would be a benefit to see it as an option for ecu, pdu and adu.

You want to lock a device with the admin password. It will not allow a user to transfer a calibration (configuration+projectTree) to another ADU with a different serial number.
We would like to be able to leave the device unlocked but be able to select and lock certain groups in the project tree. That way the device can still be programmed by the end user but theres portions that they can not access. Something like that.

We have an unreleased prototype of such a system for EMU PRO. It’s almost ready, but there’s a flaw preventing its release.
We plan to integrate the system into ADU in the next few weeks. ADU is much simpler and should meet all the requirements.
I will get back to you in 2-3 weeks when we have something to show.
