Can i get or how can i get easy 0-5V speed output signal from ecu?

This should work if you can spare a PWM/FREQ out:
Set the jumper to 5v out and adjust the pot to put out 5v at the max freq expected then setup your table to generate the proper freq.

What is your speed input to the ecu?
The speedometer output? You can use a voltage divider to turn the 12v into 5v
Hi. id did try that , but didnt get it work like that. somethin to do with vss output , maybe too much resistance or something. i figured that my old celicasupra speedo can work with that 12v signal , but only thing was that it shows 1km/H when stand still. otherwise this is how im currently did get it working..
Voltage divider 100% works if you wanted 5v but if your vss and speed outputs aren’t setup correctly it won’t help you
Ok. Maybe I did have wrong resistors or something. What you suggest?
