Add Custom Texture Not Working

[Ex_Nihilo_Group_Ltd]

Windows 10 (running on Parallels)
Did a project a few weeks ago and was able to add an image with no issues.

Now however I do this

• Right click in page editor , Add control > Image
• Click 3 dots under “texture”
• Click “Add custom texture”
• Click “add texture”
• Texture Window closes
• NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS

Using 104, tried rolling back to 92 same issue with both, even though previously 92 worked as expected

Any one any ideas ?

FYI when presented with this screen you need to double click on the add custom icons for it to work
