Central locking doesn’t work after installing ecu master black

Hi everyone,
Since installing the ecu and adu (all wiring professionally made) key clio rs200 central locking doesn’t work ?
Also when I start the engine the hazard lights come on ?
Can anyone help please ?

It’s starts fine just nothing happens when you try to lock it ?
