i have the same question. I want to save my Classic Map .emu with the EmuBlackV2 Software to *.emub and import it with thw V3 Studio to V3 file. Is that the way to do?
Perhaps I have to check the V2 importer log file

You cannot convert a .emu file to V3, too much has changed. Fuel and ignition maps should be the same or similar, it’s just everything else you need to set up
