Feature request for H-pattern gearshift, performance

  1. Under Drivetrain / Gearbox / Gear shift / Down shift / RPM Matching / RPM target / Source, can you add the ability to use a CAN channel (or basically any channel/user variable)? I’m running a BMW DCT with CAN TCU as the intermediary, and it sends a target RPM over CAN. I can always fake it by adding an Error channel (RPM - TargetRPM) to Project Tree and changing the axis on the Ignition Correction and Cylinder Cut base tables, but it’s cleaner to have it integrated the way you designed it to be.
  2. I’m on FW 226.x, and my CPU usage is quite high - 127%+. Max load 183%. Overruns is bouncing all over the place (which makes me think it’s increasing so fast it’s rolling over). PC1=17-20%, PC3=51%, PC11=31-35%, PC16=10-12%. The rest are negligible. Is it possible to increase the clockspeed on the MCU, or increase the optimization level? Or suggestions on what I should look at (granted this is while logging to USB, not connected to PC, so I have no idea how much it’d drop if I pulled the USB drive).
