EMU PRO is completely turned off if no “+12V switched” signal is present. This signal must be provided from an external switch/relay/PDM.
If you want to kill the engine with the keypad, use an output from EMU with a relay to disable the power to the injectors/coils. Or maybe you could use the start/stop strategy. To help you better, I need more information about your setup and what you want to do precisely.
