Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out because I have a lot of trouble to resolve this problem.
Here is the context :
A tune shop install an EcuMaster EMU Black on my Nissan 350Z (VQ35DE with HKS supercharger) with lambda sensor.
They made a tune and the car made 350 HP on E85.
But when they handed me over the car, the throttle felt really strange :
-
The throttle pedal have a deadzone of 10% approximately => The TPS register my inputs well (I can see it moving from 1% to 100%) but the engine RPM doesn’t move if I’m staying in the 1%-10% zone.
-
When I’m blipping the throttle during a downshift, the engine take a lot of time to respond, I’ve made a log file of me driving around with a few blipping during downshift. The engine RPM “hesitate” and then rise.
-
After blipping the throttle, the RPM drop below the idle target and goes back up.
I tried to re-calibrate the TPS but it doesn’t change the behavior.
I try to rise the throttle speed limit to 1500 %/s, the throttle felt a little better but that was not enough, I feel the same hesitation from the engine when blipping.
I rise the idle range to 7 in order to solve the third problem and it works pretty well.
You can find below the tune that is applied to the ECU and the log file mentioned earlier.

Did you have seen something like that before ?
I’m on the 2.175 client version, Variables CRC = 1EA9 and Tables CRC = 136.
