Making cleaner custom dual gauge displays help

Hey team! i have been asked by a customer to customize his display to look more like a modern BMW or Mazda with a dual gauge for RPM and Speed etc. The main gauges need to be rotated with an opening at the bottom, this I have been able to achieve but I am unable to configure another gauge to display fuel rotated in the opposite orientation within the main gauge.
