Prime fuel pump when ecu is turned on?

Hello

ecumaster pmu 24,motec m400

im receiving information via can bus from m400 i can get the fuel pumps to run by rpm true function

but id like to prime the fuel lines on ecu power up for 5secs how would i do this with out using the fuel pump aux out from ecu wired into input of pmu ?
