Source chart in the Graphlog

I noticed that each time I try to look at the value that is active in the Source charts I struggle to understand what it is the name of the value that is Active when the line is full (Green on the screen above).

Could you please consider some kind of highlight of the text or avoid the green color around it, or something else in order to improve the visbility.

You are right, this is not enough contrast.
We will try to do something about it.

In the meantime, you can change the channel color to a darker shade.
You can also check the values in the tree or text log panels.
