Surging on engine deceleration

Hi guys,

Just finalising the V3 tune before the dyno on my car, and something we have not been able to fix at all is a surging that occurs around 2000rpm, where the car is receiving fuel off throttle causing it to push forward rather than decelerate. The idle state is not active, but it is armed for some reason, even though target idle is at 1000rpm and the offset is 300rpm. What could I be missing? It’s difficult to spot in the logs, but it is there.

Thanks!

Try to disable overrun first and check if it helps.

Would be great if you can log the problem and give me exact time of the issue.

It was doing this with overrun disabled, but I’ll definitely update this thread when we take it back out with a specified log

Issue sorted, there was an issue with the DBW calibration. Also @Jadzwin_ECUMASTER I have found that if you have pre-existing main valid and check valid voltages, the DBW calibration will fail. Is this intended or a bug?

If the main and check inputs are selected, the DBW strategy expects proper check function table.
In the next build there will be option that Wizard will also calibrate the check function.
