Tuning with E85 and autotune problem

Hi

I Have had my car working perfectly with 98 octane gas for a while now. I finally installed bigger injectors and started to tune it for E85. I first made it work with 98, and it only needed minor adjustments. I have continental flex fuel sensor and want to use table blend so I can use 98 in winter and if I can’t get E85. Am I doing it the correct way if my VE on table 2 needs to be a lot higher than on table 1? Its roughly 35% higher VE. I tought that the VE would stay more or less the same and the ECU would account for the difference in ethanol content.

I also had a problem with the autotune. It has worked very well before, but now with E85 it tries to make the car run really lean. I adjusted the VE to show spot on 1.00 lambda at cruising speeds, but when I try to use autotune on the log, it wants to subtract 10-20% from everywhere on the cruising area. This makes the car run at 1.2-1.5 lambda which is obiviously not good.

Any help will be appreciated!

i would map it with 98 on one map. save the table. than map it with e85. than use ve2 for e85 and the 98octane for ve1 and blend it. this should work better and you dont need to worry about autotune. so just use ve1 for e85 first and ignore ve2 or the blend. activate blend after you are dont
