AFR too rich on 2jz ge na-t

Hello all I have done some upgrades on my 2jz ge non vvti boosted setup but now it runs very rich, Im wondering if there’s anything i can do in the tune to adjust my afr. Im on emu black and Afr is from 8-10 during idle and cruise.

Things i recently did was a head mill, gte head gasket, deleted vsv and deleted evap canister, went from 150 degree thermostat to a 180 degree thermostat, new coolant temp sensor (old one broke when removing connector)

Any help is greatly appreciated!

If the car was never tuned, it needs to be tuned
