Hello, in pinout datasheet is noted, there is no pulldown on these inputs, but in the software is possible to set it. So, where is the true?
Where did you find it? What is your EMU PRO board revision? It can be checked in the Help/About menu after connecting to the ECU.
From a pinout datasheet available on Ecumaster website:
This is screen shot of pdf PRO16 pinout v1.1 (its also in PRO8 v1.0)
Ecu is still in the box, im building it offline, so when i go to any sensor, choose analog 15 or 16 as source, there is 1M pull down as default.
So you mean its board revision dependant? I will connect and take a look then…
Oh, I didn’t notice pullDOWN. sorry for misunderstanding.
There are built-in 1M pull downs to avoid floating voltage. it is meant as disabled. You are right it may be confusing, I’ll pass the request to change it.
There were different revisions on the beginning of production. If you have a fresh unit, I am almost sure you don’t need to worry about it.
Measured A15+A16 , on PRO8 production 2345 there is around 0.7M and on PRO16 2325 is 0.6M . On all others Analogs is 1.0M So there is a difference, but nothing important for end user then.
Hi, on PRO8 rev C1 , Analog13 seems like 2K2 pull up internaly instead 1K ?
Hi, I’ve just measured it on EMU PRO 16 and there is 1K in my unit. Did you measure 2k2?
Sorry, it was accidental missunderstanding, colleque who connected sensor thinks its a bosch NTC, but it was factory opel/GM sensor, so its showed correct temperature with calibration of bosch+2k2 pull up in wizzard.
