Has anyone done an EMU Pro install on a Gen2 Audi R8 V10?
I’m aware the EMU Pro 16 can do 10 cylinders, dual DBW and 4 VVT but does it need 2 ECUs or can 1 EMU Pro be used for this set up?

A single EMU PRO 16 will be enough, but you will need two GDI drivers.
GDI drivers have 8 injector outputs, so you need 2 for V10.
I don’t think we have any calibration data for that engine.

What would be best solution to lose DI and have 2 injectors per port? as EMU won’t be able to control 20 injectors
You can pair port injectors.
So two injectors per output.
You would use 10 outputs for 10 direct injectors.
And 5 outputs for 10 port injectors.
Or, as you said, lose the DI and add more/bigger port injectors.
