I generally hook up that B13 pin to 12V, but the ECU sources just fine from the grey connector alone.
The wideband 12V can be fed from the same power as the ecu, recommend it be fused though. If your vehicle has a wire for the stock O2 12V thats already fused and label properly then that’s a great option too.
There’s definitely a wrong way to do things, but there’s multiple ‘right’ ways to make it work.
