Good morning, I am trying to adjust the blip for a sadev sequential gearbox.
From what I see in the log, the downshift engages before the blip ends.
How can I delay the activation moment of the solenoid so that the blip occurs earlier?
thanks

Try to decrease the preload to 0ms. But it looks like your system pressure is too high and it forces the gear to change. The engine response is very slow, so blip is not rev matching but it just must loose the tooth to allow gears shift. The force from solenoid cannot be too high as it will change the gear independent of the blip. Is this log from the road or from the dyno ?
It is on the highway but it is at very low speed and revolutions.
The system pressure is 6-8 bars and the thrust piston is quite small. the preload doesn’t let me set it to 0 ms
the minimum is 10
I have thought about increasing the Hz of the dbw so that the response is faster.
Do you recommend lowering the system pressure?
DBW responds very fast 30ms to your desired target. The problem is that gear changes during this time, seems much too fast, as the force put to the gearbox was too high. In theory the solenoid cannot shift the gear witouth the blip as the tooth are blocked.
I will change the possibility to set preload to 0ms for next verson.
You can try to set preload to for example 100ms and check if it changes the gear during this time.
GOOD MORNING, LOWER THE PRESSURE IN THE SYSTEM. THE BLIP IS SET TO 0, IT IS THE WAY THEY MESH BEST.
IMMEDIATELY AFTER EACH SHIFT TO FULL GAS I HAVE A LITTLE HIT TIME. THE POWER RECOVERY IS NOT FLUID.
WHAT PARAMETER CAN I HANDLE?
THANKS
