Hi all, soon I will install Emu Black in my e46. I would like to have everythink working like in stock car I mean air condition, abs, tcs. Do you know what can frames I have to add to emu?
I’m in the V3 beta and it has all this integrated in the E46 CAN option. Wheel speeds are sent over CAN, the AC button works, etc. Very cool.
you have ASC ABS pump or DSC?
I have the DSC pump unit.
Tell me, is there support for cruise control? And I am also interested in the output of information from some sensors via the K-BUS adapter to the Android head unit, if the output is supported by the software.

The K/I Bus isn’t supported. It would be very cool if we could use the stock steering wheel buttons as input. I’m actually learning Python right now so I can use a Raspberry Pi Pico 2 as an interface between the bus and Emu Black.
Raspberry is a bad choice for automotive usage for many reasons. U wont be happy with that.
If u want to use free programmable (with code) CAN gateways have a look at mrs electronics. Programmable via C-code with a good performance designed for automotive usage.
I am useing them to setup the CAN interface to the vehicles and extend the emu logics…works great and easy to use.
