And when we try to connect it ecumaster_spp and not compatible with the iPhone 17…

Hello, do you mean the device name?
Due to legacy reasons, the device name contains the _SPP, however every new BT CAN should be BLE compatible.
If you see the device name in iPhone, it means it can connect.
The iPhone says it’s not compatible
Won’t pair up with it
And the edash software is only in polish even though it is set for English
