EMU Classic RB25DET Neo cam sync issue

Hello!

I have RB25DET Neo with Ecu master classic. It worked fine with stock cas sensor. Then I installed on it aftermarket camshafts 264-9 and trigger kit, with crank and cam sensors, and I am experiencing some problems to start it up.

It starts only if i set ignition output offset to 3, which changes cylinder fire order from 1 5 3 6 4 2 to 6 4 2 1 5 3. In this case it works very poorly, on 500 rpm on half or 4 cylinders and cant rev more than 500-600 rpm. In all other ignition output offset settings(including 0) it don’t start at all.

  • Crankshaft is 36-2 trigger disk, camshaft is 1 tooth.

  • Timing in ECU and real timing on engine matches, set with strobe light. Here is primary and secondary settings in ECU: https://drive.google.com/file/d/14c-QIyaqyzN8looAJ61oc0qU5j6sjx0d/view?usp=sharing

  • As i read from emu manual, in case of 1 tooth cam trigger system, camshaft tooth determine engine cycle start.
“A toothed wheel with the only 1 tooth that synchronize the engine cycle (cam sync). When using a multitooth primary trigger, the next tooth after camshaft tooth will have index 0. In the case of toothed wheel with missing / additional tooth the tooth 0 will be always after the gap (or additional tooth) and camshaft tooth will determine the engine cycle”
So, if I understand it correct, tooth of camshaft trigger should occur on engine TDC on compression stroke(where is tooth gap on crank trigger disk), right? I moved cam sensor physically, so it matches to it tooth on TDC cylinder 1, but nothing changed, it still start very poorly only on ignition offset set to 3.

  • Then I analyzed scope, and saw that cam sensor reading is not on the trigger gap, its much further. Changing trigger edge moved it even further away. Here is scope:

I understood it right, that this is key problem, that engine phase start not where it should, and engine can’t start, because all work cycles are missed? How can I solve this problem, this is wrong ecu settings or mechanical issue? Maybe I understood something wrong in manual?

Thank you in advance, sorry for my english
