EMU / EMU BLACK under ARM64 laptops (Snapdragon, MacBoock, etc.) solution:

  1. Connect the EMU to the PC
  2. Press Win + X
  3. Select “Device Manager”
  4. Right click on “ECUMASTER EMU XXXXX” under “Other Devices”
  5. Click “Update Driver”
  6. Click “Browse my computer for drivers”
  7. Select the folder you found this file in, make sure “Include subfolders” is selected, and press “Next”
  8. Copy the attached ftd2xx.dll file to C:\Windows\SysWOW64 https://ecumaster.com/files/EMU_BLACK_V3/ARM%20Driver.zip

Is there a fix for the USB to CAN device too?

Usb 2 can device works without any issue on snapdragon
