Flat shift with paddle shifter

applied more cutting and torque reduction and it goes up gears well.
The problem is when downshifting, the blip occurs very late.

The log you have sent is not from moving car so it is very hard to say something as there is no resistance on the gear tooth.
For sure the preload time is too long. I would start from 50ms for upshift and 20ms for downshift.

You need to analyze log and setup prelod time optimal. The gear shift must start as soon gears are preloaded.

As you can see on the picture below the gear cut was performed when the gear was already in! Everything must be set perfect otherwise your gearbox will not last too long.

What paddle shift system do you have and what is your system pressure ?

I am using a system manufactured by us with a pressure of 8-6 bars.
I lowered preload up to 30ms and down to 10ms and it seems to work much better.
The changes are engaged without apparent effort.
When downshifting the blip seems well synchronized.
I’ll leave you a log to see what you think
thank you

Try to shift under the load

Good morning, I leave you some logs of the gear change, what do you think? thank you
