Has anyone had an Idle DBW glitch with Black v2.177. While enabling PID correction on Idle function.
DBW IDLE PID is stuck at 50% while supposed correction starts at -1% and goes slowly to my set limit of -20% correction, but actual idle DC is still 50% with RPM of 1200
Disabling PID goes to my normal DBW idle Ref table at 42-44% and 1000-1050rpm.
Also the other weird part is when i enable the PID while engine running it jumps and defaults at 50% DC and not the 42-44% which is set at the Idle Ref table, and then gradually tries to do the PID correction up to my set -20% but actual DC% is still 50% and no change happens
Its like a software limiter of some sort. Thats why the IDLE PID while reduced up to my max -20% DC it still doesnt budge from actual 50%.

What does your Idle Ref table look like and what is your target idle speed for the given log above?The PID control will be looking at a few different tables in order to try and adjust idle.
Its embraressing xD and also shows when you are on the car you cant see through all the option thats why you need to have a good default file.
The IDLE DC min was set at 50% and the max at 100%.
So with that i answered myself xD
Haha, I figured you had to have something setup to only get to 50% minimum. Glad you got it sorted out.
