Main relay output

Hey guys,

Getting to the point of wiring stuff up and thinking about the main relay output and delayed turn-off.

So that I don’t have issues with back feeding through a diode etc, I was thinking of using the spare H bridge output to drive (12V) into my coil, injector, ewp, fan, etc relays so that the Black can keep them on for the delayed off feature but then actually be able to turn off once it powers the ‘main relay’ off.

Hopefully that makes sense… Or is there another way to achieve the same thing?

Thanks!

All 12v parts on your engine consume quite some power. What you could do, is put a relay on the 12v system and use the relay triggered ground on a spare inj/aux on the ecu. That way the Relay handles the power and the ECU simply enables/disables it.

just to clarify delayed turn off is not intended to run engine is designed to keep ecu powered up and keep for example water pump running while is delayed turn of active your ignition and injectors outputs are disabled.
