I have a trigger kit installed 36-2 in place of the CAS.
I’m trying to understand the logic of the technician who did this for me, why it’s like this.
I think something’s wrong here.
Why is the first tooth 41, if there are only 36? In the manual, the trigger needs the first toothe 11.
Everything starts up, but you have to turn the starter for a long time. If you specify other settings, it stops starting.
if in foto trigger in TDC of engine? in is very BAD
need to fake settings, to have trigger angle not zero
try set tooth = 5
and angle 50… and then recheck timings with timing light. and properly set IGN-Coils-Ign Output- Output offset (need to be zero)
We tried 5 and 50, it won’t start at all.
but it’s synchronized.
wht set in IGN-Coils-Ign Output- Output offset when tooth = 41
and whjat you set when set tooth = 5
and on photo - 1 cyl in TDC ? or some other?
becourse properly wrotten in software.
properly set itup in black an it must works
it is when tooth = 41 ? and it works.
if You changes first tooth to 41-36 (full crank back) = 5, you must change firing and squirting offset accrodingly (1 full crank back).. you can not set -2? but you can move it forward.
1-5-3-6-2-4 works when tooth = 41
move back you started from 2: 2-4-1-5-3-6
**you need set offset to 4 and check timing first! not start engine. ensure what timing marks on cam and crank in proper positions
if i good understand 21 point in **
yes
trigger 36-2
and
first trigger tooth 41
Dont gamble, use a strobe light to set it perfectly to TDC
