EA888 Gen 3 base map v2.1 – now available directly from EMU PRO software
We’ve published an updated EA888 Gen 3 CJX base map (v2.1), now available directly through the Base Map Loader – no need to download it manually from the website.
What’s new:
- Added port injection control
- Added thermostat and fan control
- Added cruise control
- Added oil pressure control strategy
- Added Push-button Start/Stop support
- Added TOLS oil temperature/level sensor
- Improved DSG behavior
- Improved VVT settings
- Improved high-pressure fuel pump control

- Improved A/C operation
Multiple vehicle variants supported
The base map package covers several EA888 Gen 3 CJX configurations:
- Direct injection only / Direct + Port injection
- Key ignition / Push-button Start/Stop
Select the variant that matches your setup when loading the base map.

Downloading base maps from the internet requires New EMU PRO software version 261.1 beta
How to use it:
Open File / Load Base Map…, click “Update,” and select the EA888 Gen 3 CJX v2.1 base map to download it directly. For full step-by-step instructions, see the How-to Load Base Maps in EMU PRO.pdf
As always, treat base maps as a starting point — careful tuning is still required, and you must verify all assigned inputs/outputs match your wiring before loading the map to your ECU.
