We’re proud to announce the new EMU PRO 215.0 Release Candidate RC1 software update. This update brings multiple improvements:
Improvements:
- Introduced over-max and over-margin pressure protection for GDI fuel pumps
- Injection behavior for exceeding GDI’s max angles can be defined
- Short-term trim can be activated in negative coolant temperatures
- Simplified tuning of Boost EWG
- Improved DSG protocol for Seat Leon Cupra III
Fixes:
- The USB logger “corrupted logs” issue was corrected
- Pressure values are now correctly displayed when loading logs from older firmware versions
- The TPS2 sensor is now properly initialized when converting projects from older firmware versions
GDI support is compatible with all EMU PRO units; however, an external GDI Driver is required to control the injectors. The Ecumaster GDI Driver will be available for purchase starting January 17th.
Tuning a GDI engine is a complex process that requires advanced tools and significant effort. To assist you, we’ve prepared detailed documentation, including a “How-to” guide, GDI Driver pinout, and a comprehensive manual covering wiring, installation, Light Client settings, and SENT communication:
