New EMU PRO software version 215.0 Release Candidate RC1 with GDI support

We’re proud to announce the new EMU PRO 215.0 Release Candidate RC1 software update. This update brings multiple improvements:

Improvements:

  • Introduced over-max and over-margin pressure protection for GDI fuel pumps
  • Injection behavior for exceeding GDI’s max angles can be defined
  • Short-term trim can be activated in negative coolant temperatures
  • Simplified tuning of Boost EWG
  • Improved DSG protocol for Seat Leon Cupra III

Fixes:

  • The USB logger “corrupted logs” issue was corrected
  • Pressure values are now correctly displayed when loading logs from older firmware versions
  • The TPS2 sensor is now properly initialized when converting projects from older firmware versions

GDI support is compatible with all EMU PRO units; however, an external GDI Driver is required to control the injectors. The Ecumaster GDI Driver will be available for purchase starting January 17th.

Tuning a GDI engine is a complex process that requires advanced tools and significant effort. To assist you, we’ve prepared detailed documentation, including a “How-to” guide, GDI Driver pinout, and a comprehensive manual covering wiring, installation, Light Client settings, and SENT communication:
