PIN out emu black

Hi everyone, i have a question about emu black, in special part with black connector to build a engine wiring. But is the connector PINout configurable or do I have to follow the layout given by ecumaster? Thanks for all

Some items are configurable, for example you can easily connect IGN1 pin to a solenoid instead of an ignition coil and configure it in the software.

Swapping analog inputs and Injector outputs is of course not possible. So you have to keep it somewhat close to the layout given by ECU master.

What is the reason for you to deviate from the layout given by ECU master?

Hi, thanks for answer. But because i don’t know to connect the Mac sensore and the electronic accelerator pedal

The electronic accelerator pedal is called PPS in the software.

It normally needs 5volt, ground and has two outputs. One main signal and one check signal. Connect them to two different analog inputs. Doesn’t matter which analog input you choose.

In the software you can configure which input is used for MAIN and CHECK signal:

The check signal is technically not required, but a safety feature. You can save one analog input if you want to, but risk of having a throttle stuck open in case of a wire/pps fault.

Could you explain what is a “MAC sensore” ?

I mean Mac sensor, Sorry

I only know a MAF sensor (Mass Air Flow) and the MAP sensor (Manifold Absolute Pressure).

What does the MAC sensor measure?

Use to open the wastegate in a turbo engine

But, for wiring, where go to connect the accelerator pedal?

If you need a practical example, check the example wiring diagram.

Ok thanks. But this Is not for a turbo engine right?

But this PIN Is connected to engine thermostat right?

Clear,

One side to 12v (fused) and the other side to any of the outputs listed below.

For every input/output you can see in the software which pins can be used. It’s a nice feature that can help you out.

Ah ok, thanks for information guy
