I have an EMU Pro 16 (and a PMU24) that I’m running and I’m doing all my corner lights with strip LEDs that pull very very little power. If I want to PWM them off the PMU I have to chew up a 25A channel for what is likely less than .5 amp of use. I know the EMU Pro 16 has 16 x aux outputs and in the documentation it says ‘Maximum constant current: 5 A.’. Is that aggregate or each?
Hi,
The 5 A limit is for each output.
The total current through all low-side outputs is limited by the ECU’s power ground connections.
