RPM Drop on depressing clutch

Little help needed Please .

The motor is 1jz non vvti . No dbw no Iacv Large forward facing intake and no clutch SW.

Black v3

Having issue just cant figure out . When I press in clutch the car sometimes stalls at idle . When I blip throttle and press in its worse DECEL . I have tried overrun enable disable not change . No fuel cut .Made changes to the ignition target Min Max and target witch did help a bit . Tried to pid changes from .P0264 i 0117 d 0 to p1.2 i .0498 d .5 with no minimal change . Confirmed no vac leak . The drop is from idle target 1050 to 650 ish RPM where it almost stalls .ON A GOOD NOTE .Through this process have learned that idle control is great on this software . Anyone with advice is deeply appreciated . Thank you See attached log.

Too much missunderstanding about strategy…also you have no IAC valve? Post the confing and i made a basic setting for you

Try it, check it, learn it

Thank sir , will check it out . Regardless of the outcome you are appreciated.!!!

Dont forget to set stop screw on TP to met ignition advance target value…if you dont use iac valve you have to run more tp opening and less ignition advance to get idle strategy any playground

First up sorry took so long had to do little travel for work .

You are spot on with the ignition . I have now excellent control over idle target Thank you !!!

The Clutch drop issue is still the same . Added log for you review . Thank you again for taking the time to help . As mention idle is perfect . but still stalling especially during rmp blimp and push clutch in . Please see log . Few more clutch blips towards the end and along the way. Thanks

Im Thinking your configuration is correct but I may need to increase the pid to react quicker to the drop . Any thoughts ? THANKS

I think the PID is enought quick…but maybe 15° of max advance is not enought to cath that idle…try a little more throttle opening…to run just 0-3° on idle how its behave or send your current tune and i try adjust the limits

Also there is no reason to RPM to drop on clutch depressing…maybe on releasing you will notice some load while gearbox start to spin but it wont be able stall your engine…so you have some mechanical issue if your engine stall on clutch depressing..maybe axial bearing on crank or clutch bearing making this kind of load

All kinds of potentials, sudden map pressure drop . Ecu can’t catch . Ignition wrong or a weak lean ve table or a map pressure calculation not correct because map impacts pulse with estimated air fuel ratio . Just trying to figure out with limited details and help
