Just measure the resistance of the sensor to identify the NTC type and choose the correct characteristic curve. There are also NTC 10K Sensors where the curve is depicted within the datasheet.
EDIT1: There is also the configuration note zip file where a .sdf file is included with the exact temperature to resistance values.
