EDIT: I have sorted this, but will leave it up for anyone else who needs it. Crank sensor needed to be set to rising not falling.
I also made the silly mistake of having intake cam 1 as the secondary trigger rather than intake cam 2. I swapped this and changed the primary window start to tooth 7 and end to tooth 10 and it is now far happier and seems like it will start (not starting yet as I need to check over a couple of things)

Hi all, I am struggling with getting the trigger setup right on my Subaru.
Currently trying to get it to start for the first time and just not having any luck.
The engine is an EJ25 with B25 heads, but early style EJ20 AVCS cams. To get the cam signal into the ECU I am using a pair of cherry sensors, otherwise it is the stock VR crank sensor.
What was odd is that the engine was timed with a timing light, and now it is 180 out at the crank, ticking the “invert engine phase” box didn’t help, and didn’t shift where the timing mark was.
Any help with setup would be great, wiring I can do, but tuning is not my area of expertise.
Here is a link to my calibration file and a scope:

Thanks in advance, any help is greatly appreciated
