Two coolant circuits, can it be done?

I have an engine that has 2x electric coolant pumps and 2x CLT sensors, one for each cylinder. Is it possible to PWM control the pumps individually based on a target temperature for each CLT input?

There is a common header tank so I’m not totally sure if its worth doing but I’m doing the wiring diagram at the moment and if its possible I feel like I might as well!!

I’m using an EMU Black.

I think it is possibly with custom outputs, but forget it. U cant control the temperature just by pump flow. There still must be a thermostat and u need to garantee a minimum flow for the termostat to work properly.

Hi, thanks for the reply. This is a rather strange setup which does not have a thermostat, the reason for me investigating was to see if I could control the warm up and balance the cylinder temperatures during warm up and running.

Its a 600cc 2-stroke v-twin motorcycle.
