Injector pw this is injector time
Attached is a hard copy of the log at startup. I think the injection times (2.x ms) are OK. I would say that it feels like no ignition is triggered. But I probably can’t see that in the log? As I said, when the engine is running there is absolutely no problem from idle to full load. The start and warm-up and injector corrections are also OK in my opinion.

It seems like you’re having sync issues with the crank sensor. Try checking the settings in the ECU and see if the VR sensor is working properly. Sometimes bad wiring can cause these issues. Regarding the rev limit it might be worth checking the ignition map because there could be some incorrect settings there. Good luck!

After I already destroyed the first vr sensor due to too little distance, I decided to try it next year with a VR to Hall converter circuit. I hope that it works better with the circuit than with the VR input of the emu. The circuit begins to convert the sine wave voltage towards a hall signal from an input of approx. 375mv. Then I can configure the primary trigger as a hall sensor. BTW: Does anyone know exactly how much minimum sine voltage the emu actually needs from a VR sensor in order to start the motor properly?
why not just use a Hall effect sensor and change the trigger settings in the EMU accordingly?

Yes, that is clear. That would be the next step. But I’m not yet sure whether there is a suitable Hall sensor with the same dimensions as the original VR sensor. I’m still checking that out. The manufacturers of such converter circuits advertise “The reliability of a VR sensor combined with the function of a Hall sensor"…

- Затрудненный запуск и ограниченная величина максимальных оборотов двигателя при неиспользовании или неисправности датчика РАСПРЕДЕЛИТЕЛЬНОГО вала.
- Нестабильная работа двигателя, если провода питания датчиков коленчатого и распределительного валов находятся в близости с катушками зажигания или высоковольтными проводами.
- Слабый АКБ и (или) неисправен генератор.
У меня в семье 4 машины ездят на ECUMASTER CLASSIC. AUDI 1.8T, VOLVO 2.5T, DODGE GRAND CARAVAN 3.8 V6, CHRYSLER PT CRUISER 3.8 V6.
На AUDI 1.8T была такая проблема, пока на тарелке синхронизации распределительного вала не отпилил слепые зоны и не оставил один зуб.

try the VW ABF 16v or VW ADY 2.0 hall sensors. with be the same dimensions as the magnetic/reluctor from the 1.8T.
I hadn’t written. I have only adapted the 1.8t trigger (60-2) concept for use on Porsche transaxle (944) engines. A special sensor holder is used that is designed for the use of OEM VR sensors. The VR sensor has a diameter of 15mm and a length of 55mm. But there is nothing suitable at VAG or Porsche. I’ll take a look at Honeywell later.
