Is it possible to add additional User Lights Functions?
Specifically I’d like to have my users lights also function as Corner Flag identifiers. I finally got my Dash to work with Flagtronics and it works great, however, Currently the Full dash comes on for about 10 seconds, then goes off. But we’d like to have the User lights stay on for the duration that the Flagtronic status is triggered.

I’m not sure what you’re expecting. Do you want the user lights to stay on as long as a flag is set? If that’s the case, you can easily do this in ADU. If not, please provide more details.
Right now I have many of the user lights already used for warning lights. To add Flag functions, there would need to be additional functions. Possibly as many as 5. Green, yellow, red, purple, black (somehow) green would be the exception that it would flash 3 times, then go off, all the others would stay on while the Flag state was set.
Do you mean that yellow screen display in your video in the linked time stamp? And you want this to change x number of different colors by functions?
The screen is already setup to change based on function. But for a Full Course Yellow the display will change for about 10 seconds, then goes off so the driver can see all the gauges, etc. What I want is for the USER lights (LEDs on sides of display) to also light up and stay lit the entire time the Full Course Yellow is active (so driver still sees the Yellow Flag condition and the normal dash)
We also already have the User LEDs working as warning lights and there are multiple flag states. Yellow, Red, Purple, Black (not sure how to indicate that with LEDs yet) and of course green. The current User LEDs only allow 3 functions, which as mentioned are already being used for warnings. So it would really require the addition of more functions for the USER LEDs.
Dunno if thats possible with leds atm, but as a workaround you maybe could to add some smaller flashing symbols to display corners that would not disturb driver to see gauges…
Anyways, as you described that in more in details, devs maybe can look in to it.
