Audi TT 8N R32 DSG(8P_R32) BHE PNP Adaptor starts and dies
Hi Team, hope you are doing well? I recieved my vr6 BFH ecu master pnp adaptor for emu black I am converting from 18T to R32 in my audi s3 8L with dsg dq250
The engine and hardware is currently in the TT and i want everything first running great in the TT before i transfer everything over. At the moment my audi s3 8l is running emu black
Okay so i managed to check everything .Now i am getting a issue where the car starts and dies after a few secounds.
Issue was the main relay aux output was wrong

With the V3 there is a base map for BUB.
It is exactly the same except lambda sensor ( change to lsu 4.2) and in BFH the coolant fan works on its own (not pwm cobtrolled like in BUB)
Thank you for the message @Jadzwin_ECUMASTER . So all the pinouts confirmed with multimeter and everything works as expected on the output test’s. Just not sure why she starts and dies 2 sec after cranking. In the logs presented i can’t see anything that is being switched off. If i press brake pedal she goes out of park so canbus is also working. Just start and dies
Can you check my project this is based on the BUB triggers

Just load BUB abse map and it should work without any issue. Also you have good base map to start.
Your injectors PW is very very high (32 ms after start), as well the engine stops when it changes wasted spark ignition to sequentional. So the problem is with the cam sync or engine phase.
thank you problem resolved , the issue was the engine phase, on the TT 2004 r32 the aux1 is main relay and fuelpump is aux2
