BMW S54 Trigger Setup

And my first suggestion about changing ‘Signal edge’ to Rising on Intake camshaft was wrong. According to the latest scope file Falling edge would be better.

Hi, Thank you very much, its working. I did change it to Rising and is working ok. Should I change it back and do the VVT Tuner again?

With Falling edge camshaft tooth would not cross a zero crank tooth, however, it would still work with Rising edge.
Apart from that, it would be better to run VVT Tuner again on both camshafts. Sync problems could impact on the calculations made before.

I did had an issue in past on s54 was loosing one tooth on higer rpm.
i think i have replaced the sensor and was fine

Hi, I did try a different sensor earlier on in this process but no luck, it was changing the Pulldown to None on the crank sensor which fixed it.
