Can Bus layout and limits

Hi

I have a number of Ecumaster products. is it ok to run them all on Can 1. The ADU and PMU documentation suggests leaving 1 for communication but need the others to send to ECU and ADU. Then need to be able program the smaller devices. Is this close to any traffic limit?

1 can bus with this

  • ECU Black
  • PMU
  • ADU
  • Lambda2Can
  • EGT2Can
  • Wheelspeed2Can
  • USB2Can

Or is there a better way of wiring across two buses?

All on one bus is fine. Just use CAN 1.
I normally do all important devices that are close on CAN 1.
Less important or devices futher away in the vehicle to CAN 2 of the device that needs the most data and send it from there to the others.
