Connection error with EMU - USB TO CAN - ADU

HI, i am trying to connect EMU - USBTOCAN - ADU but I have a problem with it.

Currently, the information cannot be transferred from emu to adu.

On USBTOCAN, the orange light is constantly on and the green light is constantly flashing.
The manual says the device is on, and it’s in the bootloader, what’s the problem, and how do I fix it?

I set it to the right length and bus speed, but I can’t figure out what’s wrong with itI connected it before, but when I connected it again, the can bus error appears in the emu software, the emu information does not flow over at all in the adu software, and the red light appears in the adu body
For now, what I’m thinking is that the emu body can pin is out, but I wonder if it’s right.

Hi,
Are all devices on the same bus?
EMU and USBtoCAN connected to CAN 1 in ADU?
Do you have 1 Mbps set in EMU?
Do you have two termination resistors on the bus?

If it worked before, disconnect EMU from the bus, and try connecting to ADU.

yes I connected on the same bus and set 1Mbps in EMU,
also set 120ohm between emu and adu
and what do you mean about disconnect emu from the bus
do you mean cut the can line? emu to usbtocan?

I mean to simplify the bus.
Something is creating bus errors.
You have to find what by method of elimination.

Yes, I mean physically disconnecting the EMU for the CAN bus.
You might be able to do that by just disconnecting the whole ECU from the harness.
Unless it controls power in some way and the rest of the car won’t power up without it.
In that case, you could remove the CAN bus pins from the ECU connector.

Then you mean disconnect the whole harness from emu and turn on the USBTOCAN connecting to Adu then see if its working properly?

Yes, that’s precisely what you should test.

thanks for your advice
